As soon as I walked into the restaurant, my senses were immediately struck by the mouth-watering aroma of Cajun spices. I ordered their famous blackened catfish and oh boy, it didn't disappoint! The fish was cooked to perfection with a crispy outside and a tender inside that melted in my mouth. The seasoning was spot on, not too spicy but enough to give a nice kick.
