As soon as I walked into Bigham's, I was greeted by the friendly staff who were more than happy to help me choose the best rib option. The menu had a variety of options but I knew I had to go for their famous smoked ribs.

When the food arrived, I could tell from the first glance that this was going to be good. The ribs looked absolutely mouthwatering and once I took a bite, they were even better than expected. They were juicy and tender, cooked to perfection with just the right amount of seasoning.

The sides were also fantastic - especially their mac and cheese which was creamy and cheesy. The beans had a nice smoky flavor that perfectly complemented the ribs.

First of all, let me tell you that their ribs are delicious. The meat was so tender that it practically fell off the bone as soon as I took a bite.
